Synergy are appointed as Project and Construction Manager for various redevelopment works at the prestigious 33 Cornhill building, located directly opposite the Royal Exchange and Bank of England. The building is currently let on a floor by floor basis to a range of Tenants and encompasses approximately 14,000 sq ft.
Synergy have also completed various renovation works to the shared building facilities and 3rd Floor under a traditional building contract.
