Synergy recently completed works at the Grade 2* Listed Building on historic Fleet Street. Acting as Project & Construction Manager, the building has been refurbished to a high quality CAT A+ office space whilst preserving the buildings ornate fabric. The building services were also comprehensively upgraded with new heating & cooling via external condenser units and the installation of a new passenger lift.
As part of the project Synergy also carried out damp proofing, external restoration works to historic windows, roofs, stone facades and the general envelope. Neighbourly Agreements and Party Wall Awards were also required working over and against the Grade 1 Listed St Dunstan in the West Church.
Synergy are also appointed to service and maintain the building mechanical and electrical installation, along with the general building fabric.
