Synergy were employed to carry out Project Management of the finishes, FF&E and OS&E of the 5* Hotel’s guestrooms, suites and meeting room refurbishment. Works involved coordinating the delivery and installation from worldwide suppliers, ensuring smooth handover and quality assurance of over 250 rooms.
