Synergy were employed as Project Manager and Contract Administrator on the refurbishment of the Grade 2* Listed property in Chelsea. During the works Synergy also provided programme and M&E Management to assist in the successful delivery of this exclusive project. The works included a double basement, side extension, new mansard roof and full refurbishment.
