Synergy have recently completed the extensive refurbishment of a Grade 2 Listed townhouse in Ennismore Gardens, Knightsbridge. Works were completed under a Prime Cost Contract which included a comprehensive strip out & demolition prior to the reconfiguration and fit out of 4 floors to a very high standard. Works to the existing facades, lift and common areas were also carried out of a period of approximately 18 months.
